This policy applies to service bookings for office wellness comfort programmes arranged through Drainflushing.

Cancellation before delivery

Written cancellation requests received before delivery begins are reviewed according to booking stage and preparation activity already completed.

Consumer considerations

Where relevant, we take account of UK consumer protections including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, typically within 14 business days.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability and notice period agreed in your service documentation.
